Power Generation Solutions for Oil Fields
McWolex Fze supplies, installs, hires, and services compressed air treatment products and high-quality generator sets. We specialize in prime and standby power solutions for oil field operations (10–3000 kVA).
Our generator packages feature automatic control, paralleling capability, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and remote monitoring. Real-time parameter tracking and fault alarms ensure immediate response and uninterrupted power supply during grid failures.

Procurement And Supply Of High-Performance Connectors And Running Equipment.
McWolex Fze supplies high-performance connectors and running equipment for high-pressure drilling risers, completion risers, and workover risers.
Nimway Connector
Nimway is McWolex Fze’s high-capacity, quick make-up riser connector. Its innovative tensioned sleeve design draws on our extensive experience with high-pressure dynamic flanges.
Instead of multiple bolts, Nimway uses a single stretched sleeve. Preloading is achieved through direct hydraulic force, and the sleeve is securely locked in place with a collar. This design eliminates torque, galling, and assembly errors.
All operations are fully automated using McWolex Fze’s spider and make-up tool, maximizing safety and achieving make-up speeds comparable to threaded connectors.
Applications
- Open-water and in-riser completion and workover risers (CWOR), designed and qualified to ISO 13628-7, API 17G, and API TR8 standards for 5” and 7” bore sizes up to 20,000 psi in water depths to 3,000 m.
- High-pressure drilling riser connector currently in development for 19.25” bore and 15,000 psi working pressure.
- Nimway offers the integrity of a traditional flange with significantly fewer components and simplified make-up procedures. It is also being developed for high-pressure, dynamically loaded permanent subsea connections.
